Unfortunately our pieces, being unique and exclusive, cannot be exchanged, that is why I ask you to make your purchase when you are 100% sure that you are absolutely in love with the piece.
I know that art is extremely delicate to transport, so I only promise to make returns if at the time of receiving your order, the packaging has traces of having been violated.
In that case, I ask you not to accept the package so that the company responsible for the shipment handles the return.
Please send me an email within a period of no more than seven (7) calendar days -from the visit of the mail- to be attentive to your situation. As soon as I have the package in my hands, I will refund your money.
